I purchased a product over the internet and it was faulty. I tried calling several times with no success at all - or someone would say they would call back, and they never.





I also sent an e-mail, but it was after the 30 day back guarantee because I could not speak to anyone regarding my problem.





I am not from America and I know that in England I could report this matter to Trading Standards there, could the bank help me or is there another organizing body that could help me?

You had to have paid with a credit card if it was an online transaction. Call your issuer and file a chargeback with them. Be sure to have all of your documentation ready and the product boxed up. They side with the buyer virtually every time.

I dont know where you can get them online since you usually have to get them fitted even if its not perscription but if there is an accessory store called ';Amuse'; then you can try there and they sell color contacts.
Ebay probably, but it's safer to go to the eye doctor, because just buying without having them fit to your eye might cause an infection. You don't need a prescription to get cosmetic contacts, but they do need to be fitted.

those kind of sites are scams they usually price makeup products waaay to high or prices that are ';too good to be true'; which are usually red flags saying ';scam';! anyways go ahead no one is stopping you but be warned that unless its a well heard of brand then its most likley NOT worth it. GO for a well heard of brand name product like mac... mac products may be expensive but their REALLY worth it.. and im talkin online brands to buy...
